Onceemployed in Beijing ShengShiJing Investment Management Co., Ltd., China Southern Fund Management Co., Ltd., Hang Seng bank (China) Co., Ltd.; Participated several establishment, investigation and negotiation of listed companies’ buyout funds; organized and implemented several PE projects, private placements of listed companies and back-door listing projects.

Once employed in Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd., he has rich experience in investment banking division. He has led and participated in more than 10 domestic and overseas projects including IPO, refinancing of listed companies, M&A and market capitalization management. In Topgame project, he was responsible for investment and capital operation, and successfully helped the company enter the capital market.
